Sage Moon is the face behind The Horror Maven. He is the author of three novels, and their horror poems and short stories have been published in various anthologies.

They have been involved in the indie book space since 2013. He is experienced in many facets of the publishing and book industry – including reviewing, editing, book interior designing, and typesetting.

Sage is a horror and literary scholar and critic.

Sage also runs a holistic mental health organization for the queer community. They incorporate horror into the creative methods they incorporate in their work with clients through bibliotherapy.

While he has loved horror for as long as he can remember, it is largely because of the healing aspects of the genre that make it especially important to him.

Sage adore reading, watching, and listening to horror of all kinds – but are especially fond of folk-horror, found footage, cannibalism, vampires, and paranormal horror.
